Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7(1) TMG. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Cards created by users

Name, contact details, address, and web, social and payment information on a card are entered exclusively by the respective user. This constitutes third-party information within the meaning of §§ 8 to 10 TMG; no review of content takes place and would not be reasonable for us to undertake. Sole responsibility for this information lies with the account that created the card. If we become aware of a specific infringement, we will remove the affected information immediately and, if necessary, suspend the account.

Payment and crypto details

Bitcoin and Ethereum addresses as well as PayPal.me links on a card are entered exclusively by the respective card owner, who is solely responsible for their accuracy. We do not verify whether such an address belongs to its card owner, nor the lawfulness of any payment made through it; a transaction to such an address is made at the sole risk of the person making the payment.

Liability for links

Our offering contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; unlawful content was not discernible at that time.

Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If infringements become known, we will remove such links immediately. This also applies to links that users place on their cards (such as website or social-media details); we remove affected information immediately once we become aware of an infringement.

Insofar as the content on this page was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such.
